1. Orders & Payments
Q: How can I place an order on Aarjee?
A: Simply browse our website, select your favorite products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. COD is available for select locations.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders cannot be modified. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been processed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 7-9 business days. Customized items may take longer.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only deliver within India. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!
3. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my order?
A: We have a no return policy. Only exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
Q: How do I exchange a product?
A: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. You’ll need to ship it back to us. Reverse pick-up charges apply.
Q: What if I receive a defective product?
A: Report any defects within 7 days, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
4. Customization & Sizing
Q: Do you offer custom stitching or alterations?
A: Yes, but customized products (stitched blouses, pre-stitched sarees, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Q: How do I find the right size?
A: Check our size guide on the product page for accurate measurements.
5. Store & Customer Support
Q: Can I exchange a product bought from your store?
A: Yes, store purchases can be exchanged within 7 days (no refunds, only a credit note).
